Karen Muggleton is the owner of People Alignment. She has over 15 years experience in banking and finance sector roles across Executive Administration and Financial Markets. She developed and maintained strong relationships with her 53 branches, and successfully trained and mentored them to achieve strong margin income growth results. Driven by a passion to support positive change in organisations, for the last 10 years she has focused on helping businesses get their people back to being empowered and productive. This is achieved through collaboration with the business, evidence based People and Culture plans and a combination of neuroleadership and emotional intelligence performance improvement approaches.
Karen holds a Masters of Human Resource Management along with formal qualifications in finance, training and coaching. She is a certified neuroleadership coach and emotional intelligence assessor, accredited career transition coach and acceptance and commitment therapy, DISC behaviour profiling and clean language trained. Tamlyn Lambert - Senior Associate, MAHRI
Tamlyn has over 20 years’ extensive experience as a senior HR Practitioner gained within the financial services, hospitality, public sector and privately owned businesses. She has proven strategic and operational skills in a wide cross section of HR areas, and led a large team of HR professionals in delivering first class HR services across a large and diverse organisation.
Tamlyn also successfully managed numerous HR projects of various sizes and complexity that resulted in improved efficiency and productivity, cost reductions and better people performance.
Tamlyn holds a Bachelor of Business (HRM), and is an accredited in career transition coach and team management systems and clean language trained.

Cathy Knight - Senior Associate, PCC, AHRI
Cathy is a highly qualified and experienced HR executive and Professional Certified Coach. She has a proven track record in strategic HR roles in commercial environments in both the public and private sector, including the transition from public to private. Cathy’s areas of focus are developing contemporary leadership capability and strengthening individual and business performance and productivity. Underpinned by a deep knowledge of neuroscience and its application in the workplace, an emphasis on social leadership, reducing waste, saving energy and ‘getting back to simple’ are key drivers. Cathy has significant expertise and experience designing and delivering leadership solutions, developing culture, making change work, and implementing engagement and HR solutions that stick. With a strong emphasis on demonstrated behavioural change, Cathy takes a collaborative approach in delivering leading edge solutions tailored to individual and team needs, which meet the strategic goals and objectives of the business.
